SA1 Waterfront Development, Swansea

This £5.8 million design and build 3 storey commercial office development comprises of 15 units with underground car parking for the use by small businesses linked by a centre atrium with additional main entrance. The building features rotunda at the Western end, which runs into a penthouse with its own viewing terrace. Windows will be solar shaded to prevent heat gain and glare. The client for this Project is A10 Limited.

Pirelli Site - Newport

The construction of a £3.9 million project to regenerate the former Pirelli Cables site into an Industrial Park at Newport. The project will house 45 industrial units providing 43000 sq feet of workspace for around 100 people. It will take up just over 4 acres of the 26 acres brownfield site. The Pirelli development is part of the multi million pound regeneration of Newport City Council.

Defra Offices, Carmarthen

£2.2 million contract to build new regional office for the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) in West Wales. The project, which was awarded by Stoford Developments Limited, boasts an extremely high specification and modern design and achieved a BREEAM excellent rating.

Golf Course Lane, Filton, Bristol

A prestigious development of 3 two storey buildings comprising of 9 office units for Terrace Hill. The £2.5 million was negotiated on a 2 stage basis.

Colston 33, Bristol

Complex refurbishment of 46,500 sq ft Grade ‘A’ office accommodation. Within the project scope of works was major demolition of the central core of the building from fourth floor to basement, raising the whole roof by 500mm, reconstruction of the core with new stairwells, lifts and curtain walling to the central lightwell and complete refurbishment. This was a £3.6 million, 2 stage Design & Build project with a G.M.P.

Commercial Development, Bristol

A £4.5 million Design & Build contract for Westmark Developments Limited in the centre of Bristol, comprising 23 apartments and office accommodation. The project involved the construction of two new multi-storey buildings and the refurbishment of two existing Victorian buildings.The contract involved a variety of construction techniques including in-situ concrete and structural steel frames, link bridges of old to new and the extensive refurbishment of the existing brick buildings.
