Four storey storage facility for individual use as well as offices for rent. Car parking onsite.

Comet, Chepstow

Design and build contract to construct a distribution centre at Chepstow. Mass concrete pads and a ground bearing slab were constructed, off which a steel portal frame was built. Colour coated sheeting, two storey offices and extensive concrete hardstandings were provided.

Tip Trailers, Cardiff

Construction of a new office, maintenance workshop and trailer rental park. A traditional contract.
