RSPB, Education and Visitors Centre, Newport Wetlands

Construction of a new £2.3 million Visitors and Environmental Education Centre for the RSPB in South Wales. Located in an environmentally friendly area of the Newport Wetlands on the northern shore of the Servern Estuary, the design and build contract was awarded in recognition of the companies environmental aptitude.

Valleys Information, Technology & Communication Centre (VITCC), Tredegar

The VITCC is now set to the Information Age nerve-centre for the Welsh Valleys.

The first of its kind for Wales, the VITCC providing electronic opportunities and innovation for business, education and specialised training to increase ICT skills at professional and personal levels across a wide range of communities.

Coed y Garn Primary School, Ebbw Vale

The design and construction of two separate buildings: a timber and steel framed, two storey primary school incorporating an assembly hall, kitchen and staff facilities; and a timber framed childcare centre both with associated play areas.

Student Accommodation, North Road, Cardiff

The construction of 511 high quality en-suite student bedrooms at Cardiff University's Talybont Campus valued at £13 million.The environmentally-friendly, revolutionary design incorporates solar panels, which will be used to pre-heat the hot water system. In addition to the environmental advantage, the complex includes facilities for students with disabilities, as well as necessary equipment to aid the progress of students with visual and hearing impairments.

Block C, Bridgwater College, Somerset

Construction of this £5.5 million project for Bridgwater College comprises a new 3 storey classroom block being built off piled foundations having a structural steel frame. The building has a pre-cast concrete ground floor and upper floors incorporating coffers, masonry elevations and polymer roof.

Rowde School, Devizes, Wiltshire

This project consisted of providing a new 7 Classroom Primary School in this rural part of Wiltshire. The whole site was sympathetically landscaped in keeping with it's village environment. Project value £1.9 million.

Westonbirt School, Gloucestershire

This Design & Build project for Westonbirt School, valued at £2.2 million, included the construction of a new multi-purpose sports hall, swimming pool and changing room areas including fitness rooms, drinks areas, viewing galleries, toilets and store rooms.
