ETAP Hotel, Newport

Design and build multi-storey hotel complex for Pedersen Ltd and Accor Hotels UK Ltd. The scheme includes 103 bedrooms, restaurant, laundry rooms and staff offices with external car park and an artist designed feature glass entrance canopy.

External work include access roads, site services, infrastructure, enabling works and landscaping.

Etap Hotel, Cardiff

Design and Build Hotel Development in the City Centre of Cardiff for the Accor Group valued at £4.2 million. The 157 bed hotel has a breakfast area to the ground floor, all bedrooms are to have pre-fabricated en-suite shower pod facilities. The hotel has a number of design solutions that enhance the environmental credentials including a "grey" water recovery system that collects and stores rainwater for sanitary disposal purposes.

Greyfriars Road, Cardiff

A £15 million contract to convert 120,000 sq ft of redundant offices into a new 4 star Crown Plaza Hotel, 36 roof-top apartments that will overlook Cardiff’s Civic Centre, and 40,000 sq ft of offices.
