Pirelli Industrial Development, Newport

Design & Build of 45 high quality speculative units for the Welsh Assembly Government on the former Pirelli site in Newport. This £3.98m project forms part of a major urban regeneration in Newport city centre. All units are of a robust construction with natural lighting to the production areas for the visual amenity of staff. All units are fully serviced with spare capacity appropriate to unit size to service likely needs of future tenants.

Rising Sun, Ebbw Vale

High quality speculative industrial units at Rising Sun Industrial Estate, Blaina, Gwent. Innovative high quality design and finishes are being selected throughout and an extensive landscaping scheme is proposed, bringing the value of the contract to around £3 million.

G-Plan Upholstery, Melksham

Construction of a new headquarters, manufacturing building and associated offices on a negotiated £3m Design & Build contract.

Festive Productions Ltd, Cwmbran

Design and Build warehouse and production extension phased to enable occupation and operation during works. Steelwork frame; metal cladding to roof and walls; new loading area and doors; external road, paving, turning circles. Plus alterations and refurbishment to existing premises. This demanding project was completed three weeks ahead of the Client's programme.

Norgine, Cardiff

Extensive remodelling, refurbishment and extensions to major pharmaceutical plant and headquarters.

Antalis, Avonmouth, Bristol

Stradform have recently completed this new build Warehouse with associated two storey offices, services and external works. It is built off piled foundations on a former brown field contaminated site. Project value: £1.1 million.

Baldor Optimised Controls Ltd, North Bristol

Conversion on a existing Distribution Unit into a factory, offices and Headquarters on a 12 week negotiated project.
