	Police HQ, Cardiff The design and build of a new divisional Police Headquarters with a project value of £17 million, built over 6 levels the building will provide a custody suite, 60 cells and associated interview rooms.
	The Hub, YMCA - Barry Refurbishment and extension of Hazelwood community church linking the church and community centre by a two-storey extension.
	Trust Quality Foods Complex remodelling and refurbishment of a cook/chill food facility for UBHT which was on a 24 hr 7 day a week operating cycle. The project, which lasted over a year to fit in with the customers requirements was carried out on over 40 separate phases, all of which were required to be to food hygiene standard. Major service alterations were required whilst still keeping the production facility live.
	All Hallows Roman Catholic Church, Miskin New build 1 and 2 storey Presbytery and Chapel.
