The scheme involves the redevelopment of the site, known as Sports Café. The works include the demolition of the 1990’s extension, retention of the existing listed building Pump House and the construction of a 10-storey residential development.

The development will provide a total of 49 apartments, with 43 car parking spaces on 2 levels. The design incorporates penthouse accommodation located at the 9th and 6th floor levels. The work involves returning the Pumping House back to a greater extent, to its original state.

Usk View, Newport

The scheme involves the demolition of an existing nursing home and the Design and Build of an Extra Care facility consisting of 15 one-bedroom flats, 26 two-bedroom flats, together with associated communal facilities.

The building incorporates sustainable items including rainwater harvesting and solar powered hot water heating. A Timber frame construction with external walls finished in a mixture of through coloured render, timber cladding and natural stone. Standing seam roof cladding and composite type timber/aluminium windows.

The project was procured under the ACA Standard form of Contract for Project Partnering PPC 2000.

The Spinnaker, Portishead Quays, Bristol

These four blocks of superior residential units will provide 11 town houses and 27 apartments on the prestigious Portishead Quays Marina development. The Design & Build contracts is valued at £5 million.

Zinc, Headlands Road, Newquay

This bespoke scheme will provide 52 Apartments over six floors, each apartment benefitting from it's own private balcony or terrace. The concrete framed building will have a high level of glazing with zinc/copper effect cladding to the upper floors. Design & Build contract, £7 million.

37 No Houses, Llandybie, Ammanford

£3.6 million development of 37 new two-four bedroom houses at Kings Road, Llandybie for Fisher Estates Limited. A new development that is set to bring a much-needed influx of housing to Carmarthenshire.

36 Luxury Osborne Apartments, Swansea

£3.5 million contract to provide luxury accommodation on the site of the former Osborne Hotel in Langland Bay, Swansea. The project which was carried out on behalf of Meadgate Homes, involved the design and construction of 36 luxury apartments built over four floors to a very high specification reflecting the superb location and cliff top views.

Thurlestone Beach, Devon

A £1.8 million project for Thurstone Beach Limited, comprising a 3-storey block of 13 luxury apartments and two penthouses. The development has traditional rendered wall finishes, timber frames and a natural slate roof. This traditional contract was negotiated following a preliminary 2-stage tender.

Gatchell House, Trull, Taunton

This £4.7 million Design & Build project under construction for Somerset Redstone Trust, comprises 44 cottages and apartments for the over 55's. The development is split into 4 courts, each with its own courtyard and landscaped gardens.
