	Farmfoods, Gorseinon, Swansea Stradform recently completed an industrial unit in the heart of Gorseinon, Swansea. The Contract was awarded by Landmark Cannon LLP to construct this fast-track building, Project Manager's upon the development were Rex Procter & Partners from Leeds and Wm Saunders Architects from Cardiff.
	Matalan, Brislington, Bristol Construction of a new mezzanine floor over the whole of the existing store has doubled the retail capacity. The project provides 28,000 sq ft of new sales area and includes new lifts and escalators.
	Aldi Supermarket Demolition works and erection of single storey food retail outlet. Pitched roofs, brick and block cavity wall construction, security shutters, M&E and plumbing installations. Ancillary drainage, paving car parking and boundary walls.
	Burger King, Neath Construction of single storey retail outlet and associated infrastructure works.
	Barnett Hill Garden Centre Construction of Garden Centre at Barnett Hill on a negotiated Design & Build basis. The £2.3 million contract contains retail sales areas, a new restaurant, kitchen, pets and aquatics, warehouses, reception and checkout areas. The extensive external works included sales areas, roads, car parking and highway works.
	West Book End, Portishead, Bristol As part of a £3.3 million negotiated Design & Build contract the separate retail/office unit comprises of a ground floor retail unit with two floors of office space above.
