Norwest Holst Limited Acquires Fifehead Limited

On 10th January 2008, Norwest Holst Limited (part of VINCI PLC) acquired the share capital of Cardiff based building contractor Fifehead Limited, the holding company of Stradform Limited, Stradform Midlands Limited and Stradform South West Limited.

The Company has an annual turnover in the region of £75 million and undertakes contracts ranging in value from £3 million to £15 million in South Wales, the South West and Birmingham.

The acquisition continues the implementation of VINCI PLC’s strategy to develop a network of well established regional contractors throughout England and Wales. The geographical presence of Stradform and sectors of activity complement those of Norwest Holst’s existing office in Bristol and will enhance the offering of both companies, enabling them to better service customers throughout the region.
