Stradform Awarded £5 Million Contract to Design & Build 70 Bed Nursing Home

Cardiff-based Stradform Limited (part of VINCI PLC) has been awarded a £5 million contract to design and construct a 70 bed community nursing home in Newport for Linc Cymru Housing Association Limited.

The project was negotiated with the Client using the PPC2000 Partnering Form of Contract.

This is the second contract Stradform has undertaken for this client. The first comprised a £5.2 million contract to design and construct an extraCare Scheme at Usk View, Newport.
