Constructionline

Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related contractors and consultants. Owned and endorsed by the Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI), Constructionline is a contributor to the Rethinking Construction initiative.

Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)

Over the year’s local authority health and safety and procurement professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, have developed the Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme (CHAS). The scheme is available for use by any public and private sector organisations to use when short listing contractors, suppliers and consultants (companies) who apply to work for them. It provides information about the health and safety part of their application.

Companies apply to join the scheme so everyone knows they meet acceptable standards of health and safety compliance. Clients from both the public and private sectors are users of the scheme.

Constructing Excellence

A critical deliverable for Constructing Excellence is to improve the performance of the UK construction industry through the provision and transfer of knowledge in support of continuous improvement.

Chartered Building Company Scheme

The Scheme is administered nationally by the Chartered Institute of Building and was formulated primarily to help clients identify professionally managed building companies.

Construction Confederation

This is the predominant representative organisation for one of the largest and most diverse sectors of British industry. The Confederation comprises seven constituent organisations. Together these organisations' member companies are responsible for over 75% of the total turnover of the UK Construction Industry.

Green Dragon Award

Stradform have successfully achieved certification to Level 3 of the Green Dragon Environmental Standard and have been advised we are the first regional Construction Company to achieve this status. By working to the principles of these standards, Stradform will improve it's services and products and this standard provides an excellent framework for, not only environmental control and measurement, but also in facilitating continuous improvement.

National House Builders Council

This independent regulatory body for the UK's house-building industry involves providing the 10 year Buildmark Cover on newly built and converted homes. Offering this to you demonstrates that we work to set industry standards and have invested in protection for your homes. Whether you are building, converting or renovating a property, Buildmark Cover from NHBC is a key benefit in selling your home.

CITB

The CITB supports National Traineeships and Modern Apprenticeships. As a National Training organisation, CITB brings together business, government and education. The CITB has awarded over 120,000 NVQ's/SVQ's.

Investors In People

Investors in People is the national Standard which sets a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals. The work was supported by the Employment Department. Stradform has achieved IPP status.
